Transitioning from Numicon?
Eligible schools can opt in to receive Ministry-funded access to Numicon Online in 2027, alongside their new choice of supplier(s). Eligibility applies to schools that selected Numicon for at least one learning phase in 2026.
This transitional support is limited to Numicon Online only and does not include other previously Ministry-funded Numicon resources, such as printed student books or manipulatives.
How to request access to Numicon Online for 2027
Eligible schools will have the opportunity to opt-in to receive Numicon Online for 2027 through the Salesforce Order Form, which is used to select all Ministry-funded Maths resources for 2027.
Round 1 ordering will be open from 2 June to 22 June, with another ordering round in Term 3, 2026.
If your school only wants access to Numicon Online, please directly email Maths.Resources@education.govt.nz
Once a request is submitted through the Salesforce Order Form, the Ministry will share the relevant information with Numicon. Numicon will then contact eligible schools directly to set up access before the start of the 2027 school year.
